Is it just me, or does life seem really busy? I'm constantly reminded of how quickly the weeks, nay, months pass by. If you're a parent of human babies or fur babies, I bet you can relate!
I love taking pretty photos, but I'm passionate about pausing a fleeting moment, creating a memory of now to keep forever. I feel it's my gift to the world, and it's an honor to capture whatever season of life you're in right now. My sessions are laid back with a playful vibe. I enjoy collaborating with clients to plan a session detailed to your needs and your vision!
My mission is to create beautiful memories for you, to get them off your computer and onto your walls or into a stunning custom album for your living room table, where you can enjoy them every day.
Early in my career, I'd shoot a session and deliver the digital images to the client. What I've come to realize is that people are busy, and even those of us with the best intentions don't always have time to take on the project of crafting and ordering print products. I was really doing a disservice to my clients by abandoning them with a bunch of digitals and a project.
As my career and skills have evolved, so have my services. Every photo session is followed up with an ordering session, where I guide you through the process of getting exactly what you want from your images. The crafting of albums, the formatting of wall art, custom framing- I handle it all as part of my service to you. After choosing what you love, I take care of the rest, all that is left to do is be excited! And if you need help with hanging and displaying wall art- I can handle that too.
Of course if you are a crafty DIY'er and can work your way around design software, I do offer digital packages. But I do encourage every client to dream beyond the session, to think about what to do with all the beautiful images besides look at them on a screen.
Sharing photos online is fun and always encouraged, along with having a treasured memory on your wall to enjoy every day! It's my desire for you that the images we create bring you joy forever.

In the weeks leading up to your session, a phone consultation is offered to tie up any loose ends, assist with outfit selection, and answer any questions.
When your session date comes you can relax and have fun!

A few weeks after your session you will get a reveal of your image proofs. Together we select your final images and choose how you would like to display them. I can even show mock-ups on your actual walls! This is my favorite part, it's so fun to see it all come together.

As animal lovers, there will inevitably come a time when we have to make the impossible decision to let them go. If we are lucky, we get to give them a peaceful sendoff after a long, happy life. I offer special sessions for ailing or terminal pets as a way to honor to your lifelong companion.
